This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Skyline Kick Rivals, together with any related services (collectively referred to as the "Application"), handles information associated with its users. The Application is operated by DEFAULT DESIGN LTD, which is referred to in this document as the "Service Provider."

Information Collection and Use

Certain information may be received or collected automatically when you download, launch, or interact with the Application. Depending on how you use the Application, this information may include:

  • The IP address associated with your device or internet connection.
  • The Application screens and sections you visit, including the dates and times of access and approximate session duration.
  • The total time spent interacting with the Application.
  • Information about your device’s mobile operating system.
  • Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies, where applicable.

Skyline Kick Rivals and certain third-party software development kits (SDKs) may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, or similar tools to support analytics, maintain functionality, and improve service performance. Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential tracking begins, the Service Provider will seek that consent in advance.

Your Rights

Depending on the privacy laws applicable to you, you may be entitled to access personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To make a request or exercise an applicable right, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Residents of California may have specific rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. These rights may include learning what personal information is collected and how it is used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of information where applicable, and receiving equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

Requests relating to CCPA/CPRA rights may be sent to [email protected].

Information you provide may be used to send essential service announcements, notices required by law, updates concerning the Application, and promotional communications when permitted by applicable regulations.

The Service Provider may request additional information from you when it is necessary to operate particular features or improve your experience. Information supplied for these purposes will be handled according to the principles and requirements described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Access

Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or processed to prevent direct identification of an individual may be shared periodically with external service providers. These parties may use such information to assess performance, maintain services, and support improvements to the Application.

Personal information may also be disclosed to third parties when legally permitted and in accordance with the conditions outlined in this policy.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider and certain external partners may store, access, or otherwise process personal information in countries other than your country of residence, including locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When cross-border transfers are subject to legal restrictions, appropriate safeguards will be applied as required.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, these safeguards may include:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
  • An applicable adequacy decision or another legally recognized transfer mechanism.
  • The individual's consent, where consent is legally required and may validly be used for the transfer.

Privacy protections differ across jurisdictions. Where information is transferred internationally, the Service Provider will take the measures required by applicable law to protect that information and obtain any necessary authorization.

Skyline Kick Rivals may also rely on third-party services that process information under their own privacy policies and terms. These services may include:

The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:

  • When disclosure is necessary to comply with legislation, a court order, a subpoena, or another valid legal process.
  • When the Service Provider reasonably considers disclosure necessary to protect its legal rights, safeguard the safety of users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
  • When information must be shared with authorized service providers or contractors performing work on behalf of the Service Provider. Such parties must be subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations and may not use the information independently for unrelated purposes.

Opt-Out Rights

If you no longer want the Application to collect additional information from your device, you can uninstall Skyline Kick Rivals. Removing the Application will stop further collection through that installation. However, information already provided to the Service Provider or its partners may continue to be stored in accordance with their applicable retention policies.

To request deletion, withdraw consent, or ask about any other privacy right available to you, email [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The length of time information is retained depends on its purpose, the nature of the data, and any applicable legal obligations. The following general retention periods may apply:

  • Information Provided by Users: Generally retained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Automatically Collected Information: Normally retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless additional storage is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be retained indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
  • Information Required by Law: Retained for the period prescribed by the relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

You may ask for your personal information to be deleted. Certain records may nevertheless need to be preserved where retention is legally required. To request the removal of information you have submitted through the Application, contact [email protected].

Please note that removing information necessary for certain functions may limit the availability or performance of some Application features.

Children

Skyline Kick Rivals is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or below any higher minimum age required by the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application's promotion toward them.

Where parental or guardian permission is required by law, the Application should not be used without the necessary authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in situations prohibited by applicable law.

If the Service Provider discovers that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove the information from its systems as promptly as practicable.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect information processed through the Application. Depending on the circumstances, these may include technical security measures, organizational procedures, and physical protections intended to reduce the possibility of unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or loss.

Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.

Data Breach Notification

If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when such notification is required by applicable law. Where necessary, the notice may explain the general circumstances of the incident and the steps taken or planned to investigate, limit, and resolve its effects.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to account for changes in the Application, technology, legal requirements, or information-handling procedures.

When revisions are significant, the updated policy will be made available with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires renewed consent for a material change, the Service Provider will obtain that consent before implementing the change.

Previous versions may be retained for reference. You may request further information about earlier versions by emailing [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.

Your Consent

Where consent is required to process information, you provide it by actively granting the relevant permission or choosing to enable the feature concerned. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal does not invalidate processing that took place lawfully before consent was withdrawn. Information processed on another valid legal basis may continue to be handled as explained in this Privacy Policy.
